Posted On : July 7, 2017

It’s been almost two years since Bobby Brown laid his beautiful daughter, Bobbi Kristina, to rest. After spending several months in a medically-induced coma, Bobbi Kristina died on July 26, 2015, in a Duluth, GA hospice care facility. Despite the family’s hopes of recovery, the 22-year-old succumbed to the injuries she suffered. Now, the New Edition front man is left to mourn the loss of his daughter while trying to move forward with his life. However, time doesn’t always heal such wounds. Bobby made that clear with his recent Instagram post:

Mourning A Devastating Loss:

On Thursday, July 6, Bobby Brown took to Instagram with a beautiful portrait of Bobbi Kristina and he captioned it, “My Angel. My [heart.]” Bobby also asked fans to follow the Instagram page for the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House. “FOLLOW @bobbikristinaserenityhouse and join the movement. #BobbiKristinaSerenityHouse #eNough is #eNough @bobbikristinaserenityhouse.”

The non-profit organization, based in Los Angeles, CA was created to raise awareness about domestic violence. The organization also works to provide help for victims of domestic violence. Although the circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina’s death remain a mystery, her family adamantly believes Nick Gordon is the one responsible for her death.

The Drama Surrounding Her Death:

Bobby Brown’s post follows a string of reports about Bobbi Kristina’s death and the drama involving her former boyfriend, Nick Gordon. By now, everyone knows there was lots of speculation about whether or not Nick was to blame for Bobbi Kristina’s death. When it was discovered that Bobbi Kristina had a missing tooth and scars all over her body, her family immediately pointed the finger at Nick. Last month, he was arrested in Florida for the kidnapping and assault of his new girlfriend. His latest arrest only raises more concerns about Bobbi Kristina’s death and there were rumors about her body being exhumed for further investigative purposes.

About I Love Old School Music

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
