For more than 30 years, Diana Ross has taken the world by storm releasing hit record after hit record. Many of the singer’s songs are now considered timeless classics for people of all ages. But nowadays, she’s expanding her horizon with new business ventures. If you haven’t heard, Diana Ross is tackling another side of glamour with perfume. According to Essence, Diana Ross is launching her new fragrance with HSN.

Diamond Diana:

It has been reported that Diana Ross’ Diamond Diana is a new fragrance that will be exclusively sold through HSN. Just in time for Christmas, HSN will release the fragrance, at $95.00 a bottle, on December 5. During a recent interview, Ross discussed her inspiration for the new scent. “This personal fragrance is inspired by the powerful connection between music and sensual memories,” said Ross. “Sensual scent vibrations are carried from heart to heart like music. Everyone should have a diamond.”

While the singer has turned quite a few heads with her new venture, many fans have a few questions. The biggest question is the obvious: How does it smell? Since it’s not available in stores, its a tough call to make with ordering from HSN. But the shopping network has offered a description that may help fans decide.

According to HSN, Diamond Diana is “sensual,” and is “Modern, with a gender-free spirit, the fragrance is alluringly memorable creating a new story each time it is worn.” Naturally, the scent is housed in a massive faux diamond-shaped bottle.

The Legacy Collection:

In addition to the new fragrance, Diana Ross has also released a new album titled Diamond Diana: The Legacy Collection. The album is a collection of some of the singer’s greatest hits like “I’m Coming Out,” “Endless Love,” “Why Do Fools Fall In Love,” and a dance hall remix of “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.” The album will be featured on HSN and many of the popular music streaming apps.

HSN is looking forward to a great business relationship with the legendary singer and her family. Carmen Bauza, Chief Merchandising Officer for HSN, released a statement about Ross’ latest endeavors. “It is an absolute honor to welcome Diana Ross to the HSN family, and provide her with a platform to share not only her new fragrance, but the stories that have laid the foundation for her brilliant career,” stated Bauza. “We look forward to having Ms. Ross share this incredible journey with our viewers.” Congratulations to Diana Ross!
