There is an adorable child model, named Lyric Hurd, whose mother is very pissed off with Usher’s ex-wife/baby mama, Tameka Foster, right about now. In case you’ve never heard of little lyric, she’s cute as a button and has built a fan base of over 100K followers on Instagram. Her mother works hard to advance her child’s modeling career forward and stays on top of her kid’s image, to make sure she’s presented in the appropriate manner. That’s where the outrage and fan backlash Tameka’s now getting, comes into play.

You see, Lyric’s mother took to Instagram to send Tameka one clear message, after learning that Ms. Foster reportedly stole her child’s image. That message was pretty much ‘Hell nah! Not TODAY!’ In a lengthy post, Lyric’s mom obliterated Tameka, for seemingly using an animated image of her daughter for one her upcoming projects, called “Damaris.” Lyric’s mother claims Tameka did so without getting permission, nor offering to pay for using her child’s likeness.

Below is the post Tameka Foster has now deleted from her Instagram, showing one of the images of what appears to be model, Lyric, as some type of animated character, Tameka has titled, “Damaris.” In her post, Tameka wrote:

“Oooh ooh!!! I am working in something that I’m so BLIPPIN’ excited about! Can’t wait til I can reveal it. This is “DAMARIS”….I will drip tidbits here and there. #PassionProject #Kilemania #ChocolateGirlMagic”

Kid’s Mother Puts Tameka On Blast

According to TheShadeRoom, Lyric’s mom started off her blast session with this:

“I am seriously appalled that as a woman, as a culture, cannot stick together. It was brought to my attention that my daughter, Lyric Hurd, was part of a project that we have no say in.”

She continued to explain how passionate and dedicated she and Lyric have been at trying to build Lyric’s brand, only for Tameka Foster to jack her daughter’s image:

“Everyone knows that Lyric is an actress, model, and dancer. We, as a family, have worked so hard to brand her and invest in her talent. Lyric is just a child but she is very involved [sic] with her branding and to think that her image and likeness was used without our permission is beyond hurtful. As a co-manager to her own Instagram page, she saw the tags to your page @TamekaFoster and my baby cried! Lyric cried and s a mother this completely broke me.”

The mother then acknowledged the illustrator who worked with Tameka to design the animated image of Lyric. But she didn’t blame the illustrator for doing their job, she blamed Tameka for reportedly sending the pic to them:

“How could you take my daughter’s photo and send it to @dreillustrator and pass it off as your own? How? We can’t for the life of us, understand why you would use my daughter’s image, her exact face, and call it your own. She is confused. We are all baffled. And then, to vehemently deny this….I thought you were better than this. As women, as black sisters, as a culture,. This is unfair, and more so outright unacceptable.  I mean, I keep looking at the picture I took of my baby and your version of my baby and I don’t understand how you can deny what was done here. I mean…Instagram help me out here. Tameka Foster I will await an amicable resolve…I pray you do the right thing.”

After word started spreading that Tameka reportedly pulled a stick n’ move robbery of Lyric’s photo, y’all already know fans couldn’t wait to pounce on the opportunity to bash the hell outta Tameka Foster.  In fact, they especially wanted to blast her after seeing her latest post of her looking unbothered by the claims Lyric’s mom just exposed, as well as how Tameka removed the animated image from her page after that.
