Ever since K. Michelle hit reality TV, she’s been very transparent about her live. Seems she doesn’t have much to herself, and last night she opened up to Twitter followers about some serious issues going on in her life.

Last night, K. Michelle hit Twitter up with 5 tweets about health issues, her relationship plans and if she’ll be releasing new music anytime soon.

Life-Threatening Diagnosis

She went further into detail about  a bad decision she made in the past may be the reason why she’s facing so much turmoil in her personal life now.

In the tweets below, K. Michelle revealed that she learned of a life-threatening diagnosis after being informed by a fertlilty doctor that she would be unable to conceive children.

“I was devastated for 2 weeks,” K. revealed in a series of tweets on Thursday morning (Sept. 14). “Then [I got] a call from my OBGYN saying that if I have twins they would not be full term because of my size and health. Literally I was so broken.”

The curvy swiftly placed the blame on herself, claiming to have felt like she was being punished by God for having an abortion several years prior.

Despite the sad news, the powerful vocalist was overwhelmed with joy when a doctor called saying they found the “perfect surrogate” to carry her twins.

Earlier this year, the songwriter candidly discussed her longing for two twin girls with her fiancé Dr. Kastan Sims on the VH1 reality series K. Michelle: My Life. In the clip, K. reveals that she has already decided on names for her bundles of joy ― Rainbow and Risa ― and is very open to genetically modifying their personalities.
