Kandi Speaks Out On ‘RHOA’ Finale And If She Will Sue Phaedra (Video)

This past season of Real Housewives of Atlanta generated lots of conversation around the water cooler. Most of the conversation focused on the crazy rumors that were centered around Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star, Kandi Burruss-Tuckers. Rumors were flying that she was a lesbian with a sex dungeon. Her husband, Todd, allegedly also goes by the alias of Marvin when he’s out of town. Lastly, the most horrific rumor of all that was spread was one of Kandi and Todd allegedly wanting to drug Porsha in order to take her back to the dungeon to engage in a threesome.
Well, the last segment of the 4 part special revealed that Phaedra Parks was the person who started the vicious rumors about the Tuckers. While Parks tried to deny that she started the rumors, her friend Porsha Williams remained steadfast that she did. Despite the fact that Phaedra claims that she was just repeating what she heard, she could be facing some serious allegations from simply spreading gossip. Kandi recently made an appearance on V-103’s Ryan Cameron Morning Show With Wanda Smith and candidly spoke about possibly pursuing a lawsuit against Phaedra.
Yeah, I have thought about it, Kandi said on the Ryan Cameron show. I have to talk to my attorneys and see how they feel I should handle the situation. They told me I should sue Porsha at first [but] when it came out at the reunion that Porsha got the information from Phaedra, I said let’s hold up until they see the whole thing and I’ll get their opinion on how I should handle it. Another thing, lawsuits are stressful. I’m already dealing with this lawsuit with Johnny.
It was no secret that Kandi and Phaedra were no longer friends. However, even Kandi was surprised that Phaedra would stoop that low. Kandi also spoke on the reunion and how she felt after the bombshell was revealed.
My eyes were tearing up while watching it, I just couldn’t believe that she would go that far I knew we weren’t cool anymore, but for her to make something up and say it to the girls and say it on national TV like that — like come on, I know we throw shade at each other, but this is a whole new low, she said. You can’t just do that. […] OK, you wanna tear down my businesses, you’re trying to come at me in a way where people won’t respect me anymore. Clearly they was just trying to say whatever to take me down.
Not only did Phaedra lose a friendship with Kandi and possibly her beloved “Frack” Porsha, she also lost her peach. As we previously reported, after Phaedra Parks made the unsubstantiated claims about Kandi, she was stripped of her position as a housewife on the program.
