According to all the reports from Angela Bassett, The movie is said to be focusing on Houston’s relationship with Bobby Brown. But she said you cannot tell her story without the drugs and other mishaps.

Following the world premiere of Whitney Saturday, January 17, Lifetime will be airing a special interview featuring Bobby Brown, who will discuss his relationship and marriage to the late singer.

“Bobby Brown: Remembering Whitney” is described by the network as “an exclusive, no-holds-barred interview” that will “cover the couple’s powerfully intense relationship while divulging Brown’s first-hand account of their marriage, from their greatest accomplishments and happiest moments to what really drove their romance together…and apart.”

Hopefully, fans will tune in and not be so disappointed as they were in the Aaliyah movie, but we’ll wait to hear with Bobby Brown says as well!
