Via TMZ: [Katherine] claims Trent ignored her when she once thought she was having a stroke or a seizure, and, instead of calling 911 … insisted he could take care of her.
Rebbie & Jermaine’s Court Claims- Physical Altercations & Medical Care Disputes
Rebbie says in docs, Trent blocked her phone number on her mother’s phone, and tried to have her removed from Katherine’s medical directive.
Jermaine mentions a physical altercation in his declaration where Trent allegedly threw one of the Jackson sisters against a wall, hit one of Jermaine’s nephews and Jermaine too. He claims Trent has stolen upwards of $40k from Katherine. -TMZ

This is getting uglier by the minute. If Katherine’s claims are pinpoint accurate, then with the army sized younger relatives Katherine has around her- between her kids, many grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, etc., there are more than enough Jacksons to make sure Trent doesn’t ‘allegedly’ put his hands on Mama Katherine, nor her paper ever again. Those Jackson siblings might have to reach back to their roots and pull that Gary, Indiana hood up outta them to step up for their Momma if this gets out of hand…just saying.
