Oh My! Ex-Death Row Members Reveal “Strange Things” About Singer Michel’le

Well ILOSM fam, it looks like Lifetime has yet another biopic in the works. But, before all of the adorning old school music fans go nuclear, let’s just confirm that the upcoming biopic is not about Prince! However, the biopic is still unexpected. According to Deadline, former R&B artist Michel’le Toussaint has a biopic in the works with Lifetime.

The film, which will be produced for Lifetime by Sony Pictures Television and ThinkFactory Media, will chronicle Michel’le’s early life and the active years of her music career. The film will also shed light on her love life. Since Michel’le was involved with both Suge Knight and Dr. Dre, the film should reveal alot of behind-the-scenes aspects many fans may have never known. She wants the world to know she was much more than just a high-pitched vocalist. But there are some very strange things being said about Michel’le by the folks that worked with her for many years.

It has been reported that casting has already begun for the new biopic and the main actors in the film have been selected. Former Lincoln Heights actress, Rhyon Nicole Brown, has been cast to portray Michel’le while Curtis Hamilton will play Dr. Dre. The biopic will also feature a familiar face. R. Marcos Taylor, who played Suge Knight in Straight Outta Compton, will reprise his role for the Lifetime film, according to Essence.

A release date has yet to be announced.
