Jimmie Walker: I love Bill Cosby. I’ve worked with Bill Cosby many times. The thing that upsets me the most is that we’re never going to see his work again because he’s gone forever and ever and it’s unfortunate. I actually thought that everybody knew about all these women. That’s what I thought. The thing that shocks me the most is the drugging, because the times that I’ve worked with Cosby- one movie, many road shows- nothing with drug thing, but the women I knew about that.”
Interviewer: That comes with it, doesn’t it?
Jimmie: Well, I didn’t get any (laughs) he never left me any strayer…
Interviewer: How you didn’t get any and you’re “dynomite” man?
Jimmie: [There were] No fat al-burgers for me (laughs) nothing for me. That’s just the way it goes…he got it all, he’s a great comedian, he’s done a great job, and 52 years of work [have been] Etch-A-Sketched.
