P.E.’s Professor Griff Goes Waaaay Off On Russell Simmons Over Sex Allegations

Posted On : December 22, 2017

Public Enemy’s Professor Griff has never been a man to bite his tongue. Therefore, bit it, he did not, when it came to sharing his opinion on recent sexual assault allegations against his former label owner, Russell Simmons.

In a new interview with ‘Murder Master Music Show,’ Griff made some strong allegations against Russell, while simultaneously calling him every name under the sun, but a ‘child of God.’ Professor Griff can’t stand Russell Simmons so much, that every other word he used to describe Russell, was a curse word. But I’m going to try to type his quotes out for y’all anyway, this will probably piss off our advertising partners, but the message must be heard, so here it is fam’…

Not Me
Amid mounting allegations of sexual assault, Russell Simmons has started a #NotMe campaign to defend himself in the court of public opinion.

Griff on Simmons:

“That fu*kin’ slimy piece of fu*kin sh*t bowl. Fu*k that bald headed a$$ fu*kin’ coward!”

Okay that was just the intro to Professor Griff’s thoughts on the Def Jam Mogul, then he got personal and it became evident why he was so angry with the man from the jump. Turns out, it has less to do with the sexual assault allegations and more to do with his and/or Public Enemy’s past experiences with Simmons:

“He wanted to take credit for finding Public Enemy, which he didn’t. It was Rick [Rubin] that had interest in Public Enemy. Not Russell, FU*K Russell. Fu*k that prick. “

Then Griff proceeded to redirect his comments back toward the original question, regarding the current allegations against Russell Simmons:

“If he would’ve did that to my child, my daughter? Aw, sh*t, we wouldn’t even be on the phone right now. I’d see that a$$ for real. Nah, I don’t put nothing past none of them fu*kers in the music industry and Hollywood. I wrote about all of them in my book, The Psychological Covert War on Hip Hop, and I warned these people.”

To turn things ALL the way up, Griff took the allegations up a notch and alleged that Simmons like males as well:

He [Simmons] was picking off young girls AND young boys!”

Griff also took shots at Simmons, Afrika Bambaataa, and other celebs who’ve been recently accused of sexual assault, because Griff believes that they all seem guilty through their actions and demeanor:

“When I look at these characters and their facial expressions, and their body language, they don’t even act like they’re innocent. If I’m innocent, you will see it in my…facial expressions, body language, the inttonation of my voice. […] I’m not going to a PR person…uh-uhn, you can talk to me directly, sh*t.”

Like I said, Griff didn’t hold back one bit with his views and he had even more to say about Simmons and others in the interview. Check out his full interview snippet below and let us know if you’re with him on this or nah.

Simmons, on the other hand, has denied all allegations, as well as voluntary taken a lie detector test prove his innocence and passed with flying colors, according to his attorneys. In addition to that, Simmons has also invited his accusers to take lie detector tests as well, but none of them have agreed at this point.

About I Love Old School Music

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
