Via TMZ: Florence suffered heart failure, according to her publicist, when she died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She was surrounded by family members at the hospital. … Florence seemed fine until a few days ago, when she was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A. … where she died.

Although Florence is mostly known for her role on the iconic show, Brady Bunch, she was also a very well versed actress in the musical theater scene. Some of her popular theatrical roles were in musicals like “Wish You Were Here,” “Fanny,” and Oklahoma.”
Henderson has four children- two sons and two daughters. She was divorced at the time of her death, but was married twice in her life, with her most recent marriage dissolving in 2002.
