We know this sounds crazy, but back in the day, James Brown allegedly shot up an Old School juke joint in Macon, Georgia and he turned that lil’ spot into the wild, wild west for about 5 to 10 minutes straight!

Who was his intended target you ask? None other than the legendary Joe Tex. You might remember his hit “Ain’t Gonna Bump No More (With No Big Fat Woman).”

Apparently Joe made James MAD at a show one night and according to many reports, Mr. Brown pulled out his shotguns (yep, he had more than one shotgun) and let the shots ring out!
