It appears that the chickens have come home to roost. Suge Knight’s fiancée, Toi-Lin is in hot water. On July 28th, Kelly, and the former rap mogul’s business partner, Mark Blankenship, were charged with violating a court order. The pair was indicted for one felony count each of conspiracy to violate a court order, conspiracy to obstruct justice and conspiracy to commit grand theft. Kelly and Blankenship were accused of selling a video that was sealed evidence in Knight’s murder trial. This week, Kelly was sentenced.

Here’s What We Know:

As you know, former rap mogul, Suge Knight, is facing murder charges for killing his friend, Terry Carter and attempted murder charges for Cle “Bone” Sloan. According to TMZ, Knight and his friend Terry Carter were visiting the Straight Outta Compton set when security guards asked the former Death Row exec to leave. As usual, Knight was up to his old ways by allegedly causing trouble. Knight supposedly got into a fight with security guards when he then entered his vehicle.

In a rage, prosecutors claim that Knight intentionally hit the gas on his Ford F-150 Raptor truck to mow down gang member turned security guard Cle “Bone” Sloan and then continued forward and fatally struck Carter. However, there are some reports that suggest Knight accidentally killed Carter by reversing his truck not realizing that Carter was behind it.

Apparently, the incident was captured on tape and Kelly along with Blankenship were in possession of the tape.

According to Variety,  the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, claims that Kelly and Blankenship spent nearly a month brokering a deal with TMZ for the sale of the surveillance video, which allegedly shows Knight running over the two men in the parking lot of Tam’s Burgers in Compton, California, two weeks after the incident occurred.

The indictment also claims that Kelly and Blankenship were aware that that there was a protective order that prevented them from releasing the video. The video allegedly sold to TMZ for $55,000. In addition, Blankenship and Kelly faced charges for participating in a plan to pay witnesses to testify on Knight’s behalf, a charge that has was vehemently denied.

Marion “Suge” Knight’s fiancee, Toi-Lin Kelly, was charged with violating a court order by selling surveillance video of a 2015 fatal crash involving Knight to gossip site TMZ. She took a plea deal Thursday

How Much Time Did She Get?

It is being reported that Toi-Lin Kelly, 36, pleaded no contest to violating a court order for helping to arrange the sale of the video to the celebrity news website TMZ. Instead of jail time, Kelly was placed on probation for five years, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. In addition, she won’t be able to write Knight any love letters. As a part of her plea deal, Kelly was also ordered not to have any contact with Knight or members of his legal team. This seems particularly difficult given the fact that they are engaged.

While the beautiful Kelly can’t have any contact with her boo, she’s looking forward to moving on and being with her family.
