This Lil’ Diva Became An R&B Legend Whose Love Life Has Caught Major Attention
Most of us have changed drastically since our cute, cuddly kid days, some of us, to the point of where we’re actually unrecognizable in comparison to what we look like now. That is most definitely the case with the sexy songstress this princess (below) grew up to become. Today she’s 50 years old, can still SANG like nobody’s business, music is embedded in her bloodline…and did I mention that she is now hella sexy? I did? Okay cool, moving on. Who Is She?
She’s none other than Toni Braxton of course! As you can see, she’s had a serious glow up from her days of rockin’ ruffle dresses, plaits, and Buster Brown shoes. Had she not actually confirmed this was her childhood pic, I would have never recognized her.

Now, as far as Toni B.’s love life, most of us pretty much know how that’s going. Speaking of major transformations, her taste in men has seen one. For years we witnessed Toni B. and her now ex-husband/father of her two sons, Keri Lewis, (of Mint Condition) be in marital bliss. Now, Toni’s boo-thang, Cash Money mogul, Bryan “Birdman” Williams (pictured below), couldn’t be more different from what many thought Toni’s taste actually was.
Keri Lewis (shown below) is pretty much a conservative, laid back type of cat. Birdman…not so much. The New Orleans bred hip hop legend has built his entire brand as the “#1 stunna” and up until recently, all it took was for him to flash one smile for us to know that he is way different from his fellow bling-less bretheren, Keri.
Nonetheless, Toni and Birdman just work, apparently. They seem happy as hell together and if you let Tamar Braxton tell it, the dynamic duo are actually Mr. and Mrs.. However, Toni and Birdman have reportedly denied that claim, but that big rock the size of Kilimanjaro on Toni’s left finger, has only added fuel to the fire…
No matter what the deal is, we’re just happy that Toni has been maintaining her health throughout her 10 year Lupus battle and that she’s finally found true happiness in the love department.
Unfortunately, her lil sis’ Tamar isn’t having the same luck at this time. As we reported recently, she’s divorcing her husband/manager, Vince Herbert, and her moms, Evelyn Braxton, has since told all Tamar’s business regarding the alleged years-long abuse Tamar has endured from Vince.
Like the old school saying goes though, trouble doesn’t last always. So best wishes to Tamar and Vince…and looking forward to seeing where Toni’s and Birdman’s journey goes from here, now that they’ve found real love.
