Tiffany Haddish Boldly Blasts NeNe Leakes, Accuses RHOA Star Of Being Drunk On Stage

Initially, it seemed like NeNe Leakes’ comedy shows would be a great idea. Since many loved the outspoken reality star on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, you would think the shows would a great idea, right? Well, unfortunately NeNe is at the center of comedy show controversy yet again. This time, comedian/actress, Tiffany Haddish, is giving her opinion on NeNe’s latest show and she has an interesting take on it.

For those who missed it, the Girls Trip star appeared alongside Cynthia Bailey on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Apparently, Tiffany wanted to know if NeNe is really serious about a career in comedy, because the show they did together didn’t exactly go well. In fact, Tiffany claims it was a complete disaster:

“Wait, wait, wait … Is she crazy for real?” Tiffany asked of NeNe’s latest comedy venture. “Because you know I did a comedy show with her. And that was a mess.”

When asked was NeNe funny at all, Tiffany admitted that the show was actually going well in the beginning, but then it nosedived. So what led to the abrupt change in NeNe’s performance? Well, Tiffany thinks she was drunk:

“She was funny at first. But then she got drunk and then I got concerned.”

On-Stage Blunders:

The latest news follows all of the drama surrounding an insensitive rape joke NeNe made when someone in the audience began heckling her during a show in Oakland, Cali. NeNe fired back at the woman, stating that she’d hoped the woman would ‘get raped by an Uber driver on the way home’ from the concert. Although the show was supposed to be a comedy session, clearly there was nothing chuckle-worthy about NeNe allegedly belittling rape culture.

Mrs. Leakes has since apologized for that epic blunder, but fans were definitely giving her the side eye for it. Hopefully, the latest accusations don’t cause problems for NeNe’s future shows. It could get to a point where fans become apprehensive, thinking they could be wasting their money.

NeNe has yet to respond to Tiffany Haddish’s accusations, but you can probably bet money that she will soon.

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
