I Love Old School Music reached out to a family member who has sent us a message that was posted by Frankie Beverly’s son and to Frankie Beverly’s website. Here’s the message that Frankie Beverly personally wrote  on his website.

The rumors were started because Frankie B. mentioned that it was his cat of 22 years being very sick with bladder cancer, and it must have been misconstrued. Frankie B. is well and fine and is making his way to our hometown of New Orleans to perform this Sunday!
