Whoa! Jamie Foxx Blasted By 1st Deaf Dancing w/The Stars Winner Over Disrespect

Posted On : May 29, 2017

Jamie Foxx is finding himself in the middle of some beef right about now. We all know Jamie and talk show host, Jimmy Fallon, but only some of us may be familiar with Nyle DiMarco. He’s the dude who recently made history by becoming the very first deaf competitor to win both Dancing With The Stars and America’s Next Top Model.

Although DiMarco has set an incredible example that hearing challenged people can do anything that anyone else can do, he’s pissed with Jamie and Jimmy for blatantly disrespecting the human rights of people with hearing impairments.

“Dancing With The Stars” and “America’s Next Top Model” winner, Nyle DiMarco

It all started after Jamie Foxx appeared on The Jimmy Fallon Show the other day. As Jimmy was going to commercial, Jamie pretended to be interpreting what Jimmy was saying through fake sign language hand gestures. The audience was crackin’ up, as well as Jimmy, who saw Jamie’s hand signaling as a harmless joke. After the show aired, DiMarco posted a statement and made comments blasting Jamie and Jimmy for the ‘straight up disrespect.’ Check it out below:

According to TMZ, DiMarco stated this about Jamie’s sign-language incident:”How was this allowed? Where’s the cultural sensitivity. Not comedy when you make fun of others.” […] “It is straight up disrespectful to make up sign language. Everything is in gibberish.”

DiMarco also released this statement about the incident:

Do y’all think Jamie and Jimmy were being insensitive, or simply crackin’ a harmless joke?

In other Jamie Foxx news: He and Katie Holmes (Tom Cruise’s ex wife) finally got caught creepin’ together as they boarded a private jet together. So after about two years of successfully dodging the cameras throughout their alleged relationship, it looks like it’s getting tougher for them to do so…if they are ‘together.’ Still no word from neither of them on this yet though.
