Woah! Since Prince’s Death, See HOW MUCH $ His Lawyers Are Getting PAID!

Prince’s siblings may still be waiting on their inheritance of his $200+ million estate, but Prince’s estate attorneys are getting their checks now though. Well, at least according to recent reports they are and as you would imagine, they are NOT cheap. In just three months alone, they’ve already stacked a  2.5 million bill for their services rendered. The special administrator handling Prince’s estate — Bremer Trust — filed docs asking the court to approve more than $2.3 million in bills racked up from July 1 through Sept. 30. As the estate describes it … handling “the complexity of the problems involved” doesn’t come cheap, and requires a bunch of high-priced lawyers.

The biggest expense so far is for the legal services of Stinson Leonard Street at $1,840,895.97. Remember, that’s just for 3 months of work. In all, there are 6 firms listed as handling everything from claims by potential heirs to Paisley Park Museum plans… Some of the dough’s also going to law firms in Italy and Florida handling copyright suits, plus a lawsuit in Cali to collect royalties.

Prince will get a celebration fit for a prince at Paisley Park:

via Huffington Post: Influential pop star Prince will be celebrated over a four-day festival at his Paisley Park Studios compound in Minnesota on the first anniversary of his death, organizers said on Monday.

“Celebration 2017” will take place from April 20-23, with tickets starting at $499 for the four-day event that will include artists such as Prince’s band, The Revolution; Morris Day; and another Prince band, 3RDEYEGIRL. More artists will be announced at later dates.
