Cosby Files Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit Against His Lawyers, Claims They’re Doing Him Dirty
His $9 MILLION lawyers’ fees…
In Cosby’s newly filed court petition, he said his defense attorneys were charging him nearly $1 MILLION PER MONTH for 9 MONTHS straight!
Via The Blast: The breakdown, according to the documents, includes $8,550,645.50 for 11,205 hours of work in the 9-months they represented Cosby, and employed 28 attorneys across 5 cities to handle the workload. That averages out to close to $1 million per month.
Cosby is also claiming he did not know the ins and outs of the agreement with the lawyers, and blaming much of the confusion on his blindness. The incarcerated comedian says he was unable to read the contract with the lawyers, and claims nobody ever read or explained it to him.

The filing also stated that Cosby was paying up to $1,175 per hour. Now Cosby wants answers for several reasons: (1) He wants to know who, at the law firm, put in that many hours of work, only for him to still end up getting locked up for years anyway; (2) He’s also questioning why his bill is so high, if he ended up having to settle with several of the women anyhow.
