So why didn’t the Soul Train committee do the same for JT? Pretty sure David Ruffin and group beef was far more serious, but it didn’t matter in the end. Kool and the Gang fell off in my book since JT left.

I’m with you that Barbara, I think JT should have been on that stage with the other members too. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes with them, but they spent a lot of years together, so they have to have love for each other. Hopefully they’ll be able to work through their differences one day and reunite.
