It doesn’t sound right, but me being a very clumsy person, I can see it this way.
She drops a glass of wine, of course it breaks, wine is on the floor, she goes to clean it up, slips and falls on the broken glass. Not impossible. prayers gone up for her and her family. I’m sure an autopsy will be done, unless the husband doesn’t request it.
