Delivery is everything, right? Well, many people found this one to be either offensive or hilarious. It’s also offensively hilarious.

If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the virally famous video.

This pastor’s name is James David Manning, according to Blasting News. Hailing from Harlem, New York, this preacher has held a long-standing fight against the idea of the LGBT community.

While the video is currently trending around various social media websites, Manning actually recorded the video back earlier this year.

Sometimes, it takes things a little longer to catch on. However, it’s definitely the trend right now.

Flames Coming Outta His Wallet

According to the source, James Manning’s church debt was as large as “Big Shirley.” After 60 years, ATLAH Worldwide Missionary Church has been forced to close its doors.

“In January, a court ordered his church to sell its assets at a foreclosure auction to repay more than $1 million in debt,” says Blasting News.

Supposedly, according to New York Times, LGBT church Rivers of Living Water was preparing to purchase Manning’s building.

How’s that for irony?

Times mentions that RLW is “a safe haven for hundreds of predominantly black lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Christians rejected by other churches that believe the Bible prohibits homosexuality.”

James Manning’s church would often have signboards outside his church with messages such as, “Jesus would stone homos,” and “Harlem is a sodomite free zone.”

So, the intensity in his “flaming butt hole” message becomes more clear now, right?

Sometimes, the Past Creates Your Present

Blasting News mentions that Manning grew up in the South and despised white America. During his day, hatred towards Blacks was expressed openly and freely in the South.

You know how it was, right?

Well, the source also notes that Pastor Manning spent time in prison. However, he eventually turned from crime.

From Union Theological Seminary, Manning earned his Master of Divinity degree, in 1985.

Obviously, he’s applying Old Testament theory to render his “Flaming Butt Hole” argument [sarcasm].

While the Old Testament does discuss homosexuality, the message isn’t quite delivered in Manning’s over-the-top fashion.
