TMZ reported that Trey and an unidentified woman were attending a party together when she reportedly got into a conversation with another man. The singer didn’t take too kindly to the attention she was giving him. The two began to argue and Songz was said to have hit her. The woman reportedly left the party alone.

After being treated at a nearby hospital, the woman filed a report alleging assault with the police. To date, there has been no arrest or word of pending charges against Songz. If the city attorney decides to pursue a case against him, this would not be good news for Trey considering his recent legal troubles.

In December, Trey and the Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club were sued by a woman who alleged that he attacked her and knocked her phone out of her hand. In the process, the phone hit her in the face and broke her glasses. The woman had paid for tickets to a meet and greet with Songz in the club’s VIP section. When the event was over, she tried to take a picture of him in the parking lot and that’s when he attacked her.

The lawsuit alleges that the club management knew of Trey’s pattern of “violence and negative interaction with the public” when they booked him. He was reportedly being rude and disrespectful the entire evening to all of the guests and this incident is indicative of that. She wants around $50,000 in damages.

Trey’s legal status may further complicate matters. Back in August, Songz pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of disturbing the peace at his December 2016 concert in Detroit at the Joe Louis Arena. His set was cut short, so Trey started throwing debris and destroying equipment.

His original charges stemming from that incident included aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and obstructing a police officer. These charges were dismissed as part of Trey’s plea deal, but he got 18 months on probation as part of his sentence. He was also ordered to take anger management classes, submit to random tests, and pay restitution.

Songz would be better off if assault charges are never brought against him. A probation violation could land him in jail. But if he is guilty of the allegations against him, this could mean bad things for his career as well. Women are his primary fanbase…

There are a lot of dads out there who would do just about anything to protect their daughters. Steve Harvey is no different. The 61-year-old’s youngest daughter Lori got engaged last summer, but not before Steve had him thoroughly checked out.

Steve Admitted What He Did

At the time she said yes to 23-year-old Memphis Depay’s (pictured below) proposal, Lori was only 20 herself. And seeing as her dad is a successful, multi-million dollar entertainer, who could blame Steve for wanting to make sure that the young man is legit?

Steve admitted that he had Memphis followed which made Lori furious. But Steve is her dad, not her friend, so he offered zero apologies. The young man is a pro soccer player and Steve wanted to make sure that every game he played was on a field and not with Lori’s heart.

“She knows now, but when she found out she was upset,” PEOPLE magazine reported. “What you trippin’ for? I’m trying to help you. You think he cute, I don’t. You find him attractive. The boy is just a boy to me.”

Steve went on to explain that he has standards for the kind of men that his daughters can date. They have to treat them with respect or keep it moving.

“If you’re not going to treat her the way I’ve treated her, and the way I’ve treated her mama, then you can’t have her,” Steve said. “And then I’m going to fix it.”

The Think Like A Man author has been to the altar a few times and knows a thing or two about how players operate. He also knows what can happen to a woman when her heart gets broken. But apparently Memphis passed Steve’s tests with flying colors. He tweeted that Lori had his blessing calling him “a good one.”

Lori in turn tweeted that she is in love, not pregnant, and believes that she has found “the one.” The now-21-year-old responded to concerns about the couple’s ages much the same way Steph Curry did when he and Ayesha jumped the broom.

“Yes, we are young, but when it’s right, why wait?” Lori said.

Quincy Jones Speaks About His Many Women & How He Gets Away With It

“I was married three times, man. Was told not to marry actresses or singers,” Jones told GQ‘s Chris Heath. “I ended up with two actresses, Peggy Lipton and Nastassja Kinski, and a superstar model. I didn’t listen to all the advice.”

Jones said that he groans in different time zones. His girlfriends live in Cape Town, Cairo, Stockholm, Brazil, and Shanghai among other places. Apparently, these women don’t mind sharing him and know how to stay in their lanes. The secret to having so many willing participants in his very open relationships is brutal honesty, as Jones explains below…

“Yeah, I don’t lie,” Jones continued. “And it’s amazing– women get it, man. Don’t you ever forget they’re 13 years smarter than we are. Don’t you ever forget it.”

Quincy’s Daughters Laid Down Ground Rules

Q said that his daughters, Kidada (43) and Rashida (41), won’t let him date women younger than they are, but he likes ’em young. They compromised, so his girlfriends now range from ages 28 to 42 years old. Jones said that there are no advantages to dating women his age–none.

“You see me with an 84-year-old woman? Are you crazy?” Jones asked. “For what, man? There’s nothing… there’s no upside. You gotta be kidding. I got me some technology out there that keep fat and old away from here. Buzzes if they’re too old. But you’d be surprised… These women, the young ones, are aggressive now. Oh my God, they’re fearless, man.”

Because his mother was taken from him and hospitalized for mental illness when he was seven years old, Jones said that he has been a dog his entire life, where women are concerned. But his karma is that God gave him beautiful daughters whom he admittedly fears will run up on men like him.

And in case you’re wondering how an almost 85-year-old cat can keep up with 22 women, Jones said that his sex drive has not waned one bit. He has also spent six days a year, for the past eight years, at an exclusive hospital in Stockholm, where doctors use cutting-edge medical technology to sustain and prolong his life. Jones said that doctors are confident that he could easily live to be 100 years old.

With all of the projects that he has lined up, Jones plans to remain very active in both his professional and personal life. And while he is still here, he vows to enjoy every last minute:

“I feel like a child, man,” Jones said. “I’m just starting.”

What??? Patti LaBelle didn’t just find sweetness in her pies, but she’s found it in her 41 year old drummer! According to DailyMail, Patti LaBelle and her 41-year-old drummer Eric Seats and has been for the past year and a half! Age ain’t nothing but a number right old schoolers?! Check out what is being reported:

‘She tried to keep it quiet, but everyone around her has figured things out now. She’s completely smitten with him and they spend so much time together,’ said the source.
The music legend and Seats first met when he was hired to be her drummer several years ago.

LaBelle was just coming out of a bad relationship, but thought Seats was attractive and she started to chat with him after her shows.

‘It wasn’t long before he was helping her heal her broken heart,’ the source revealed.

‘He made her feel at ease and she loved that he had such a vast experience working in the music business. Seats packed up and moved across the country just to be with her. He left Los Angeles a year ago for Philadelphia – where LaBelle is based. ‘Patti was so happy he moved to Philly with her. She loves having him with her all the time. She even has a big portrait of the two of them up on her wall in her bedroom,’ told the source.

LaBelle has two Grammys and two American Music Awards for her R&B hits like ‘If Only You Knew’ and ‘The Right Kinda Lover’ and Seats has his own impressive resume. He has toured with Stevie Wonder, Mary J. Blige, Timbaland and Missy Elliott, in addition to producing songs for Destiny’s Child, Aaliyah, 702 and Tank. ‘Everything they do now, they do it together. She hasn’t seemed this happy in years. Apparently those who know him, say he’s always dated older women,’ said a source.

While the two seem very happy, at least one person isn’t – Labelle’s 42-year-old son, Zuri Edwards.

Zuri’s resistance to this new relationship hasn’t slowed Patti down at all. The couple spent all of the holidays together. Most recently, New Year’s Eve – when the two had a quiet dinner together with friends before Seats left to go on tour in Japan with jazz artist Lalah Hathaway.

During Christmas, he and LaBelle spent three days with songwriter Denise Rich on her yacht in the Bahamas.
