In case you didn’t know, in 2011, Franklin was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Franklin claims she was “manhandled” by the arresting officers and was a victim of racial profiling.

“Unfortunately, I am the latest victim on what seems to be a growing list of those who are racially profiled and mistreated by Culver City Police,” she told TMZ. “I am really upset about all that has taken place. I have never had a run in with the law before Saturday. On Saturday I was not arrested, I was detained.”

So no fast forward to 2016,  and it’s been exactly sixteen years since her dismissal from Destiny’s Child, and she was arrested last night  for public intoxication — note the red nose in her mug shot.

According to police, Farrah got into an argument with a male friend around 3 AM Thursday outside a gym in DeKalb County, GA.

When officers showed up she said she was not ready to go home, and added … “These n***** won’t leave me alone.” Police noticed signs of drunkenness — odor of booze, slurred speech and bloodshot eyes — and asked how much she’d been drinking. She fired back, “Not enough.”

Bail is set at $250. She’s still in custody. Source

We all remember the rocky beginnings of the supergroup, Destiny’s Child. They just couldn’t see to get it right with members coming and going like a revolving door. The last member to come and go back in 2000 was Farrah Franklin. Franklin, now 33, was with the group for five months in 2000 before exiting.

The group claimed Franklin missed several events and that they were forced to ask her to leave. MTV confirmed that Franklin had missed at least one recent performance around that time. Franklin later told E! that “I felt like I was losing my identity … I just couldn’t handle the situation … I had to leave.”
