The accuser in question is Quantasia Sharpton, the herpes accuser who claimed she hooked up with Usher at a Holiday Inn hotel. She has also since been accused of being a liar, by her friends and Usher. Although her claims and/or lies have never been proven at this point, many now believe she’s not being truthful and one of her nonbelievers is Dupri.

During a recent interview on “The Breakfast Club,” Jermaine was asked his thoughts on the Usher herpes drama . His response was partly (scroll down for video interview clip):

I was like ‘Yo, you do realize you Usher, you’re not lil’ Bob from down the street. […] That type of stuff happens all the time, that’s my conversation with Usher. […] And I seen it [the images of Quantasia Sharpton] come on my phone, I was like ‘No way!’. I ran upstairs on my phone and I was like ‘Please tell me …the truth right ow. LOL…did you smash this fat girl?’ He was like “No way, there’s no way possible.”

Jermaine then went on to point out what many have pointed out about Ms. Sharpton’s claims- that the chances of Usher going to a low budget Holiday Inn hotel, by himself, to hook up with her is highly unlikely.

Accuser Responds: “F— You Jermaine”

Well, none of this sat too well with Quantasia, who seemed to be offended by the fact that Jermaine did not state her name and that he talked about her weight. She also took shots at “Breakfast” co-host, Charlamagne tha God. However, she didn’t directly address the fact that Jermaine said she is lying about her claims that she had sex with Usher. Usher’s Prior Legal Response To Accuser’s $20M Claim

As we previously reported, Usher -through his attorneys, Laura Wasser and Zia Modabber- filed a legal response to Helm’s $20 million claim a few weeks ago. In the court docs, he said that Helm, along with the other woman and man suing him, are all lying, stating that he never had sexual contact with them, nor does he have an STD. The docs also pointed out that even if Usher did do anything with them sexually, they “assumed the risk” of contracting an STD. But he also said their lawsuits should be tossed out because anything he did, was done unintentionally. After his response was made public, many are still confused.

$20 Million Dollar Accuser’s New Legal Response To Usher

Laura Helm’s legal team seemed to be crystal clear in her new legal response to Usher though. In new court records that surfaced early Tuesday (9-27-17), Ms. Helm gave an odd reaction to Usher. Check it out below.

Via TMZ: Laura Helm is the accuser from Georgia who’s suing him for $20 million — and in new docs, obtained by TMZ, she says it’s preposterous Usher is calling her out, saying she should’ve assumed STDs were a possibility when they hooked up. Helm says that means she would have to have knowledge of the specific danger — and there was no way for her to have that info because Usher kept his trap shut about it. Bottom line: consent to sex does not equal consent to risk of catching STDs. She’s essentially put the ball back in his court.

Laura previously stated that she and Usher had sex two times and that there was no romantic relationship between them. So although Usher’s response was a tad confusing, Helm’s response is odd. Why? Because if her story is correct, then they were just two consenting adults who had random sex. Therefore, there should always be an ‘assumption’ of the obvious risk – that if you have unprotected sex, both people are at risk to catch an unwanted gift that’s gonna keep on giving, so to speak.

At this point none of us know who’s being truthful until one of them is proven guilty in the court of law. So until then, we’ll keep y’all posted on this.

When news originally broke that Usher allegedly gave a few women herpes, we kept an open mind, because none of us know the real deal on that.

When one of his accusers, Quantasia Sharpton a.k.a. Angel Valentino, held a nationwide press conference with her celebrity attorney, Lisa Bloom, many people doubted her story. The reason most doubted Quantasia in the beginning is because they had trouble believing that Usher would have a one night stand with a beautiful plus size woman, like Quantasia. But as we, here at ILOSM, stated initially, there are many men who love full figured women -including celebs- so there was no shocker there. HOWEVER…

It wasn’t until new info began to surface about Quantasia’s public history of lying and/or fabricating stories about other celebrities and also about herself, that we begin to smell something foul about her accusations regarding Usher.

Accuser’s New Claim About Usher

Welp, now she’s come back with an even bigger story about she and Usher- that she has a SEX TAPE of them together. Not only does Quantasia now claim to have a sex tape, but she also says that Usher knew he was being filmed when they allegedly hooked up at her Days Inn Hotel room. But wait there’s more…Ms. Sharpton also claims that her attorney is working on getting surveillance footage that will supposedly show Usher walking into the Days Inn hotel to go to her room that night. Quantasia revealed all of this and more in an interview with Youtube vlogger, Miss Jacob Kohinoor, who clearly did not believe a word coming outta Sharpton’s mouth. By the way, as we previously reported, Usher has reportedly denied Quantasia’s claims through his team and stated that not only isn’t Quantasia his “type,” but that in 2014 (when Quantasia said the alleged encounter happened), he was too busy falling in love with his manager, Grace Miguel, who is now his wife.

To be fair, we do want to point out that Quantasia Sharpton could still be telling the truth…regardless of how suspect her stories may sound. So only time will tell once all of the true details are out. Thoughts ILOSM fam?’

Ever since the allegations that Usher allegedly infected a woman with herpes simplex II and ultimately settled out of court with her, supposedly for over a million dollars surfaced, folks have come outta the woodworks with claims of their own. One of Ushers three recent accusers is an unnamed woman- going by “Jane Doe” in court docs- who recently sued him for $20 million after she says she tested positive for herpes after having sex with Usher.

Up until now, Usher has pretty much remained silent about the allegations against him, but his newly filed court documents against the woman’s claims, are doing all the talking for him.

Here’s what was just reported about Usher’s legal clap back toward the woman’s claims and her multimillion dollar lawsuit:

Via TMZ: Usher wants one of those pesky herpes lawsuits tossed out, because the woman suing him has no proof he gave her anything … TMZ has learned. The singer has responded to the $20 million lawsuit filed by a Georgia woman who claims he gave her genital herpes back in April. In Usher’s legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he notes her lawsuit says nothing about whether she had been tested prior to their alleged sexual encounter. He says, “A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her.”

And, Usher says, she could have contracted the STD after their alleged encounter. And he takes another shot, saying she assumed the risk of getting herpes by having “casual, unprotected sexual intercourse and/or oral sex.” It’s interesting … Usher did not attack the lawsuit by saying he couldn’t have given her herpes. One more thing … Usher’s lawyer grouses the woman is suing under a pseudomyn, claiming there’s no cause for her to secretly file her lawsuit. He’s asking the judge to throw out her lawsuit.

Now, of course the elephant in this room is that Usher apparently did not address, in the court docs, whether or not he has herpes…that is still up in the air. Although those in his inner circle reportedly have denied that he even has the disease.

Usher’s latest accuser, Quantasia Sharpton (also known as Angel Valentino) has caused quite a stir over the past two days.

First, she and her celebrity attorney, Lisa Bloom, held a press conference on Monday (8-7-17) about her claims that Usher sexed her up without telling her he was allegedly herpes positive. Then she was quickly outed by two of her reported friends online, for being a fraud in several ways. As if that weren’t enough heat, all sorts of facts about Quantasia began to surface, including one that we uncovered, which was that on July 19th, she joked online about preferring to have R. Kelly “piss” on her versus risking catching alleged herpes from Usher.

However, it is Quantasia’s tweets she posted- in the days prior to her press conference- that has her attorney, Bloom, speaking out in her defense. One of her tweets read “I need money” and the other read “Enjoying my last couple of hours as a regular girl.”

Needless to say, Quantasia has been getting dragged to hell on social media ever since that and the countless other revelations about her surfaced.

Her attorney is saying that folks shouldn’t be so quick to judge her client’s actions though. Check out what Lisa Bloom has now told TMZ below…

Bloom defended Quantasia’s social media post saying she’s hard up for cash … which came one week prior to the suit. Bloom says it’s unfair to connect the two things — “It’s not a crime to be poor in America. It’s not a crime to be honest about the fact you need money. Most people need money.” She points out Quantasia didn’t put a dollar amount on the lawsuit, and only wants what a jury deems fair. In addition, Bloom says Quantasia’s been repeatedly fat shamed online since the news conference. As for the tweet about her last hours as “a regular girl” — just before going public — Bloom says it’s only natural her client was nervous, but still … she’s been “so brave to step forward.”

Hmmm…do you think this is just a case of Usher’s accuser and her attorney trying to do a lil’ damage control, or nah?

As we previously reported, celebrity attorney, Lisa Bloom, revealed that several people had contacted her after the herpes allegations surfaced a couple weeks ago. Then on Saturday, Bloom released a statement that she was representing three of them- two of whom would remain anonymous and one who would be revealing her identity via an upcoming press conference.

Well, lo and behold, Attorney Bloom and the accuser, Quantasia Sharpton, held true to their promise. This morning they held a press conference to address the Quantasia’s accusations that she had sex with Usher without him informing her that he allegedly had herpes. She says they had a one night stand after she met Usher at his concert and later hooked up with him at a hotel.

As soon as the press conference was wrapped, there were two things that stood out to us: (1) People’s reactions to the accuser’s physical appearance; and (2) her questionable motive behind her press conference.

BUT there is something that we ARE questioning regarding Quantasia Sharpton’s claims…

Why In The Hell Did She Hold A Press Conference?

The thing that jumped out to us is that as we watched the accuser’s press conference and saw that Quantasia said she has NO STD from Usher, nor was she raped, or sexually assaulted in any way. At that point it became confusing as to why Quantasia Sharpton decided to show her face on television and across the internet with her claims.

Like, what does she have to gain from telling the world that she is STD free? It kinda seems as though she just wanted to become known as ‘the chick who banged with Usher.’ If Quantasia’s purpose was to simply sue Usher for allegedly putting her life at risk with an herpes infection, she could have simply done what the other Usher accusers are doing- sue him behind the scenes and be listed in court documents as “Jane Doe.”

Usher Allegations Getting Weirder

Overall, this whole situation, regarding the herpes claims against Usher, is getting more bizarre by the minute. First there was the one woman; then a second woman, who allegedly knows his wife; then there was an anonymous man making some wild claims; plus another anonymous woman. Now this- a woman who did not contract an STD from Usher, but still decided to make her face known to the public anyway. Hopefully this brief stint in the public’s eye gave Ms. Sharpton whatever it is that she’s seeking from all of this. What that is though? We have no clue.
