This year has been quite the roller coaster ride for acting legend, Terrence Howard. He’s seen ups with his new engagement to his fiancee,’ Mira Pak (pictured above). He’s also realized in 2019, that he may not have 99 problems like Jay Z, but he does have 3…and his ex-wife is 1. As for the other 2, that comes by way of the pending colossal sized tax evasion investigation into him, and unfortunately Fox Network’s decision to ax Empire after next season.

It’s the aforementioned topics that are his latest battles though. Terrence Howard’s ex-wife, Michelle Howard, has now bashed him in court about the new criminal tax problems he’s facing. While at it, she’s also putting him and his finances on blast, which could further hurt his pending investigation with the IRS.

What Terrence Howard Is Requesting From The Court…
Terrence recently filed documents requesting that the court call off a upcoming hearing between he and Michelle, in her battle to try to get millions from him- a mission she’s been on since their 2013 divorce. His reason is because he does not want to be forced to turn over financial documents in the case because it could interfere with his pending criminal tax evasion case.
