The heated tension and lengthy legal war between Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, and her ex, Floyd Mayweather, do not seem to be simmering down one bit.

In case y’all hadn’t heard, Mayweather and Jackson had a bitter breakup some years ago, and have been embroiled in an equally bitter lawsuit since 2014. Shantel initially sued Floyd for assault, battery, defamation and invasion of privacy (for allegedly publicly revealing she aborted his baby without his knowledge)- all of which he denied. In return, Mawyweather countersued Jackson for stealing major money from him and charging up tons of thousands of dollars on his credit cards without his knowledge- both of which she denied.

As the case prepares to go to trial, both have reportedly added various details to their lawsuits, in a quest to make the other pay up for their alleged wrongdoings.

This go-round, Mayweather has now amended his countersuit with new claims that Shantel unlawfully recorded him several times throughout their lengthy relationship. He’s listed, in detail, what he says was done to him. He also claims that he’s just found out about the recordings in February, when ‘Jackson responded to demands for discovery in their case.’

Recap Of Nelly’s Girlfriend’s Claims Against Ex, Mayweather

Many of you may recognize Shantel Jackson, she was Mayweather’s girlfriend for 8 years, from 2006 to 2014 and they eventually were engaged. They lived together at his Las Vegas mansion and she was oftentimes photographed by his side at fights and social events. Their relationship started making crazy headlines after it was over in 2014. That’s when Shantel filed a lawsuit against Floyd for “humiliation, embarrassment, hurt feelings, mental anguish and suffering,” as stated in court docs.

According to Ms. Jackson, they had a rocky relationship and she claimed that Floyd once choked her, controlled her, and embarrassed her online after they broke up, by revealing that she’d aborted their twin babies. Then she claimed things blew up between her and Mayweather after she began dating Nelly and attended an NBA game with him three months after she had the abortion.

That was then and this is now…and apparently ain’t a damn thing been resolved between Mayweather and Jackson. Apparently her case is apparently still pending and as of last month (December 2017), Floyd filed a countersuit against her…

Floyd Mayweather’s New Lawsuit Against Ex

Mayweather claims that Shantel stole thousands of dollars from him in cash and credit cards, while they were dating and that she’d been hiding it the whole time. In his court filing, Floyd claimed that Shantel gained access to all of his credit card accounts and also stole cash he had stashed around his home to go on a ton of secret shopping sprees. He also claims that Shantel had the stolen goods shipped to various hidden locations, so he would not be able to trace it back to her. In legal docs, his lawyer noted accused Shantel of gaining Floyd’s trust, only to rob him later:

“As a result of that confidence, Mayweather, who’s education ended at eighth grade, did not audit or otherwise inspect either his cash or his credit card statements for theft by Jackson.”

Mayweather’s suing Jackson for an undisclosed amount of money, but based on the way Shantel said he used to lavish her with designer clothes, handbags, and jewelry- including a $2.5 MILLION 17 carat ring- pretty sure the amount he’s demanding is something SERIOUS!

Nelly’s Girlfriend/Mayweather’s Ex Claps Back

Now, word on the Old school curb is that Shantel has just responded to Mayweather’s lawsuit with a new court filing of her own:

Via TheJasmineBrand- According to court docs filed, Shantel…says Mayweather was aware of all purchases she made on his credit card while they were together. […] Jackson says the boxer consented to the alleged transactions and for her to be in possession and/or own the disputed property. She is demanding his entire case be thrown out.

This never-ending drama between Mayweather and Ms. Jackson seems like the breakup from HELL! At any rate, both of them have moved on. Mayweather has had a few public relationships since then. Shantel and Nelly are still going strong. Well, despite that one hiccup Nelly recently had, after admittedly having a one night stand with a woman who then accused him of sexual assault. Nelly adamantly denied her claims and the case was ultimately dismissed after a thorough investigation by authorities. More money, more drama.
