The book grants readers an in-depth look into the ABC Morning Show for more than two decades. Showcased are all of the alleged wild antics, and show-stopping feuds that have assimilated over the past 20 years.

Although the comedian and actress was targeted in the intense book “Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive inside Story of ‘The View,’” she told Entertainment Tonight that she is thankful for her nearly nine years on the show. Even though it was not all positive.

Sherri Shepherd Apologizes For Releasing Video Of Ricky Harris’ Funeral,BUT…

Listen up ILOSM fam! Former, “The View” co-host, Sherri Shepherd, has officially issued an apology for releasing the video footage of the chaos that ensued after a fight (involving Snoop Dogg) broke out at comedian/actor, Ricky Harris,’ funeral. But is her apology genuine? Check it out below…

Here’s what Associated Press reported on Sherri’s behalf:

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Sherri Shepherd has apologized for sharing video of a fight at the funeral of comedian and actor Ricky Harris.

The former co-host of “The View” posted video to Periscope on Tuesday expressing her outrage at the fight during the gathering in Long Beach, California. She explained in the video that someone came inside the funeral home and went toward rapper Snoop Dogg. She said Snoop’s bodyguard tackled the man “and then it was just a big fight.” The videos were reposted by TMZ.

Shepherd says in a statement that posting the video was “an impulsive and emotional reaction after what I later learned was a misunderstanding” and that she’s “sorry for any distress the video caused.” She says she “would never have imagined” TMZ would use the video for a story.

In the video above, it was very clear to see that Sherri was extremely emotional during the chaotic scene that was unfolding at Ricky’s funeral, but uh…. We love us some Sherri Sheperd, Lawd knows we do…but c’mon now, maybe she didn’t mean to press record on her phone and give play by play commentary as she was standing outside the church panicking and watching folks flee the funeral, just as she’d just done. Or maybe she didn’t mean to post the video on Periscope for all the world to see. But did she really believe that a celebrity of her stature could post something that shocking on a social platform and not think a media site would catch wind of it?!! Hmmmm…

As if it wasn’t already sad enough that comedian/actor, Ricky Harris, lost his life at the young young age of 51, it’s just been reported that an all out fist fight broke out at Ricky’s funeral today (1-3-2017). “The View” talk show host, Sherri Sheperd, was very frantic and saddened as she posted video of the drama that appears to have involved Snoop Dogg’s bodyguard and an attendee at the funeral. Via TMZ: Snoop Dogg’s bodyguard had to take down a mourner who was flipping out during actor and comedian Ricky Harris’ funeral. Family and friends — including Snoop and Sherri Shepherd — gathered Tuesday in Long Beach, CA to honor Ricky, who died Dec. 26 … reportedly from a heart attack. Sherri says some guy stood up in the middle of the service and started yelling … until Snoop’s security intervened. Sherri posted a video outside the service and was clearly shaken up after the fight. We’re told police arrived, but all involved parties were gone … so no arrests.

Snoop and Ricky Harris have been best friends since 1983, so this is probably the last thing Snoop thought he’d be faced with at his own friend’s funeral.
