“Eddie Winslow,” also known as actor, Darius McCrary, has some serious family issues going on right now between himself, and his wife, Tammy Brawner.

As we previously reported, Tammy claimed that on February 10th, Darius allegedly lost his mind and began to throw pictures around the house so wildly, that they almost struck their 16-month-old daughter, Zoey. In his alleged fit of rage, she said Darius hit her in the head with his forearm. And that ain’t all, she even claimed he said that he regretted having their 16 month old daughter, Zoey.

She was then granted a restraining order against Darius where a judge ordered Darius to move out of their home and temporarily stay 100 yards away from Tammy and Zoey. However…

Meanwhile, Darius was on Instagram the same day, immediately shooting down Tammy’s abuse claims and shared several pics of himself spending time with their daughter, who looked really happy with him in the photos. There’s more…

In court docs Darius also stated that Tammy was the one who was violent towards him and also threw an iron at his chest, which caused second degree burns. He also said he’s called the cops on her three times and that Tammy- who is a former Harlem Globetrotter basketball player– is “desperate for stardom.” Darius claimed he’s worried that she’ll neglect their daughter as a result of her willingness to do just about anything for newfound fame, and that she is extremely competitive with him and jealous of his fame…

NOW TAMMY JUST FILED FOR DIVORCE

Today (Tuesday, March 14, 2017), it was discovered that Tammy has now filed for divorce. Here are the details via TMZ:

Darius McCrary’s wife is divorcing him, and wants the judge to keep him away from their infant daughter until he gets help for booze, drugs and rage. Tammy Brawner filed in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences, and made it clear she has serious concerns about 1-year-old Zoey’s safety. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tammy says she wants Darius to “attend alcohol/drug abuse and batterers’ intervention classes.” She wants his visitation rights cut off until the “Family Matters” star provides proof he’s completed a treatment program. … Tammy wants legal and physical custody of Zoey. She’s also asking for spousal support.

Darius McCrary is currently starring on Lee Daniels’ new show, Star, on Fox. At this point, everything seems to be smooth sailing for him on the show, and the problems between he and his wife have not caused any problems with his work, nor his status on the show at this point.
