Price wants the court to issue a judgment ASAP, and said in court papers that as part of settling up, she’s already handed over to Rolle a listing of all her income, property and debts both separate and from her marriage.

The court’s final judgment may come as soon as next month, when the exes are due back in court for a case review.

Last fall, the “Tired” singer filed for divorce from Rolle, her husband of 23 years and her manager, saying in interviews that the pair had grown apart. She later severed their business relationship. The couple had been together since they were teenagers, and share two adult children.

After the split, Price left their Torrance, Ca. home, and the landlord evicted Rolle and her grown daughter from the house after they stopped paying the $4,800 a month rent, court documents show.

The landlord sued the former couple in October 2015, around the time Price filed for divorce , and that’s around the time that the payments stopped. Rolle has been living there with their daughter without making any payments!

Until last month, the landlord said the family left the house a mess – broken glass, a busted garage door and damage to the home’s expensive tile work.

So it appears Kelly Price filed for divorce, she then stopped making payments, her daughter and soon to be ex-husband were evicted, and now she’s asking for a swift decision on her divorce filing. Sounds like a woman who’s fed up, as she touched on a few months back when she initially filed for divorce.
