According to the source, Apollo was released from New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix facility around the beginning of June. He was then moved into a Philadelphia halfway house and was expected to stay there until mid-October.

But, reportedly, Nida was taken into custody at the Philadelphia Federal Court House. Now, he could possibly remain in prison until his original release date, October 15, 2019. Originally, in 2014, he was sentenced to eight years for fraud and identity theft. However, his sentence was reduced by one year in March.

But as for Phaedra, she hasn’t publicly commented on his release or re-incarceration. The only thing she’s shared is how she’s feeling about herself lately. On Instagram, on June 11, she mentioned as follows:

“Waking up thankful and grateful for my awesome life, fabulous family and friends. Even in my darkest moments God showed up and showed out. No matter what the situation looks like know that there’s a rainbow following the storm. Speak boldly to your mountain and watch it move. Favor follows me. Blessings overtake me. Love surrounds me.”
