Beyonce Nailed African Inspired Grammy Show BUT There’s ALWAYS A CELEB’ HATER!
Beyonce dominated the Grammy’s last night in her pregnant Momma-glow glory! Now, I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve been ‘Beyonce’d out’ for a while now (not her fault though, she just hasn’t had much competition, so as a result, her music is always dominating the airwaves), but I’ve still gotta give props where props is due and she did her thing at the Grammy’s! Beyonce hit the stage with her African/Southern inspired performance that fully highlighted the beauty of womanhood, motherhood, power, elegance, and grace, all while paying homage to her ancestors through the celebration of her African American heritage.

After her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, introduced her oldest baby to the Grammy stage, Beyonce sang “Love Drought” and “Sandcastles” and had the crowd in awe by how she worked her twin-filled belly in high heels and a gold gown. Her hubby, Jay-Z, and their daughter, Blue Ivy, were proud.

THE CELEBRITY HATER AWARD GOES TO…
Today’s ‘hateration’ news comes by way of Piers Morgan (shown below). Some of you may be asking “Piers who?” I understand, he’s irrelevant in many of our lives, so let me explain who he is: He’s the former “Celebrity Apprentice” who’s turned into a celebrity hater; he’s also a controversial British journalist/TV personality, who is an avid soldier for Donald Trump and seems to adamantly dislike any celeb’ who does not share the same Trump values as his. Needless to say, Morgan hated Beyonce’s anti-Trump views, which seem to have now transferred over to his views about her Grammy performance (above tweet) and her acceptance speech (below).
BEYONCE’S ACCEPTANCE SPEECH
After Beyonce explained, in her acceptance speech, that she wanted to do a performance and body of work that she feels shows her children an image of themselves- not just at the Grammy’s, but in the White House, the Olympics, the media, etc. She voiced that she wants EVERY child of every race to have those same reflections of themselves, so they can grow up truly knowing that anything is possible. Piers Morgan however, thought that was an “awful” message to give:
Morgan than tweeted what some may argue is a narcissistic post of his own by tweeting this throwback photo of he and Beyonce, then implying that meeting him was her career high:
So, Morgan called Beyonce’s celebration of women narcissistic? Really? Or maybe he just didn’t like the way she represented for herself, and for all women, as the QUEENS that they are. You know, how dare Bey’ present herself that way?!! Maybe Beyonce should have just stayed in her place. Maaaan, please!
