We know that JT Taylor wasn’t the original lead singer for Kool and the Gang, but he became one of the most recognizable faces of the group, so when he split from them it was impactful, but the rest of the original members shook it off and kept it going. The remaining living original members (brothers Robert “Kool” Bell & Ronald Bell, and Dennis Thomas) are stayed together and are still performing together today.
