R. Kelly has just turned himself into Cook County law enforcement minutes ago, where he will more than likely be held for quite some time, due to his no-bail arrest.

This comes shortly after Chicago prosecutor, Michael Avenatti, held a press conference and unleashed a boatload of criminal sex charges -10 to be exact- against the “Bump N’ Grind” singer.

In case you missed it, TMZ reported that ‘9 of the 10 counts involve alleged victims ranging in age from 13 to 16 years old. One of them is the subject of 4 different counts. There are a total of 4 alleged victims.’

Cook County State Attorney, Kim Foxx, also issued this statement, via Twitter, detailing the counts R. Kelly has been officially charged with in full detail:

The “Seems Like You’re Ready” singer will be appearing in court on March 8, 2019, according to court records.

As we previously reported, according to The Blast, Attorney Avenatti said, “After 25 years of serial sexual abuse and assault of underage girls, the day of reckoning for R Kelly has arrived.”’

If you recall, it was Avenatti, who delivered an alleged sex tape to Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, which prompted a grand jury to convene last week.

The sex tape allegedly shows R. Kelly having sex with an underaged girl, who’s deemed to be between the ages of 14 and 16 at that time. Unlike the grainy sex tape that was presented in his prior 2008 child sex trial- in which he was acquitted of all charges- this new alleged sex tape is said to be crystal clear. According to Avenatti, there are clear shots of R. Kelly’s face in the video.

It’s also being reported that the man in the video-allegedly R. Kelly- has a distinct mole on his back, just like R. Kelly reportedly has. We will keep y’all updated as this story unfolds.
