One of R. Kelly’s homies and 3 of that person’s reported associates may not be “trapped in the closet,” but they’re now “trapped” by the cops who just caught them with their hands in the cookie jar.

Apparently, when Kellz was away, performing in New Orleans, La. for a few days, both of his Atlanta homes were wiped out- as in clean. That’s right, according to TMZ, damn near every single particle in Kellz’s homes was taken and he was left with walls and floors pretty much. Here’s the thing though, it was an inside job, according to ATL police. see the details below…

Via TMZ: Cops say Kelly’s cribs were cleaned out Thanksgiving weekend in back-to-back burglaries, while he was touring in NOLA. Nearly everything was taken … including furniture, electronics and other property. Law enforcement sources tell us detectives happened to catch 3 men leaving one of the houses in a van, and brought them in for questioning.

They told cops they’d been hired by one of Kelly’s associates, Alfonso Walker, to sell everything because Kelly was moving his entire operation to Chicago. However, Kelly’s team told cops Walker was just a part-time employee. Sources tell us cops got a search warrant for Walker’s home, and found some of Kelly’s property there. We’re told he gave cops 3 different stories about how Kelly’s gear ended up in his house. We’re told Walker was supposed to turn himself in Tuesday, but no-showed. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest.

Kellz now has new level of drama to add to his already pending. He’s gotta watch his friends, his enemies, and of course we cant forget about his women who reportedly live at his ATL and Chicago homes.

About I Love Old School Music

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
