People tthink of Oscar winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. as one of the good guys. Since the 1990’s he’s been a staple in many movies, including the iconic coming of age film Boyz N The Hood. There haven’t been many stories that paint Cuba in a negative light, however he may be facing some trouble now after an alleged incident in New York City has the NYPD ready to question him.

Cuba’s behavior has been causing side eyes and concerns for quite a while. Around the time of his separation we reported of how he hit up a club in Miami and stripped his shirt off to dance on tables. As bizarre as that was his most recent night of partying may land him in front of a judge for sexual assault. According to Page Six the incident went down at New York City’s Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge. Cuba started the night out just fine, onstage singing and enjoying the vibes. But suddenly, things took a turn all the way left.
The 30-year-old woman told cops the actor grabbed her breast while they were socializing around 9 p.m. at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge on 7th Avenue in Midtown.
The woman said Gooding was “highly intoxicated” and that, after the alleged grab, she got into an argument with him that had to be broken up by security, the sources said.
