You know the old school saying, ‘When one door closes, another door opens’? Well, it looks like the door that opened up for Tamar Braxton after leaving husband/manager, Vince, comes with a killa view overlooking the city and a lavish interior.

Recap Of Divorce Filing

In case y’all missed the reports that were heating up the internet on Wednesday, Tamar officially filed for divorce from Vince, on Tuesday (Oct. 26, 2017). Her rep told TMZ this:

“At this time we can confirm Ms. Braxton has made an extremely difficult decision and has filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert. Collectively, their son Logan and his well being during this very unfortunate process is most important. We ask that everyone respects her privacy during this very difficult time. She appreciates everyone’s love and prayers.”

New Details About Their Divorce

Soon after the news began to spread, so did details about their pending divorce requests and living arrangements. On Wednesday evening, we told y’all that Tamar is reportedly asking for full custody of their 4 year old son, Logan Vincent Herbert. Today, new details about Tamar’s new crib emerged and it’s LAID! Although Tamar just filed for divorce, she reportedly said “Peace out” to Vince about three months ago and they’ve been frontin’ for the cameras ever since. Guess they gotta still collect those coins…no need in screwing up their reality show money while they were still in the middle of promoting it. Anyways, according to new reports, Tamar now lives in a $15K a month high rise condo in Beverly Hills, L.A.. Here are some of the details:

Our sources say Tamar and Vince put on an act in NYC as an engaging couple simply to promote their show. At this point, we’re told Tamar had already moved in to a baller high-rise. Her 2-bedroom luxury condo in Bev Hills goes for around $15k a month. Some of the building’s amenities include an indoor 75-foot lap pool, an outdoor pool as well, 5 gyms, a spa, a restaurant with free bar, a screening room … seriously, there are more amenities than any building in America. -via TMZ

What Reportedly Caused Irreparable Damage To Their Marriage

In addition to her new plush crib, details about why they actually divorced have also crept up into the public stratosphere. Many already knew they had a “make-up-to-break-up” type of relationship, like the Delfonics sang about. With the many reports of public arguments and that alleged fight, when Vince allegedly bit Tamar’s finger, it was pretty evident that they were going through some things. Now though, word on the Old School curb is that Tamar and Vince really began to have serious problems after she was fired from The Real talk show in 2016:

Sources close to Tamar tell TMZ … the singer’s marriage to estranged hubby Vince Herbert suffered an irreparable fracture after going through a time of depression stemming from her firing in May.

Was Tamar’s Last Announcement A Lie?

All of this comes just weeks after Tamar announced she was officially backing away from music. She said that she’ll still perform, but will never release new albums again because she wanted to focus on keeping her marriage tight. She explained that her and Vince’s work relationship had taken a major toll on their personal relationship. So lessening the amount of workload, would give them more time to heal as a family.
