Drea Kelly Meets Parents Of R.Kelly’s Girlfriend & Drops More Bombshells About Him
Andrea “Drea” Kelly, the ex-wife of R. Kelly and former “Hollywood Exes” star, has stirred up the internet over the past two days. Earlier, we reported that after 9 years of silence about her marriage to her R&B ex-husband of 13 years (they divorced in 2009), Drea revealed she allegedly endured domestic violence from Kelly. Now, we comes more major bombshells she’s dropped about R. Kelly, during her recent meeting with the parents of his young girlfriend.

We all remember Mr. and Mrs. Savage, right? They’re the parents who sent their daughter, Joycelyn Savage (now 22), to live with R. Kelly when she was 17 years old and then sparked the ‘sex cult’ claims against Kelly in 2017. Joycelyn released videos stating she was not a sex slave and was happy with Kelly.
Fast forward to today and Drea met with Joycelyn’s parents on the talk show, “Sister Circle.” That’s when Drea dropped two more bombshells. Her parents also went to the media, back in the day, to reportedly try to get her away R. Kelly.
“I just want you to know that I’m supportive,” Drea told the Savage’s. “Because just like you, my family went to The Chicago Sun Times [newspaper], to Mayor Mitchell, when they couldn’t get in contact with me- my grandfather, my mom. And there was a whole article about it.”
Then came another bombshell, Drea revealed that during that same time, she also had a restraining order against R. Kelly, presumably for the alleged abuse she says she’d endured:
“My order of protection I had against him was in the newspaper, but I just want you to know, that I stand in the gap for Joycelyn,” Drea said to the Savage’s through tearing eyes.
Joycelyn is adamant that she is happy with R. Kelly and previously claimed that her parents are well aware that their distanced relationship from her, has nothing to do with R. Kelly. R. Kelly Outs Parents Of Girlfriend
As we reported in May 2018, R. Kelly contacted TMZ to reveal what he says are the real motives behind Joycelyn’s parents sparking those now infamous ‘sex cult’ rumors:
Via TMZ- R. Kelly tells TMZ … allegations he brainwashed Joycelyn Savage and held her and others captive to be part of a sex cult is a false narrative conjured up by Joycelyn’s father and mother who are sour after the singer turned down their services.
The singer tells us Joycelyn’s father, Timothy, tried getting his attention through Joycelyn about herself and other relatives he thought could have a singing career. When that plan didn’t pan out, Kelly says Timothy fabricated stories — including sex cult tales — and demanded money.
Kelly also points to Joycelyn’s mother, Jonjelyn, getting upset Kelly’s backup dancers didn’t use Jonjelyn’s dresses for his tour. Kelly says Jonjelyn owns a clothing boutique she was trying to get off the ground. What’s more … the singer says Joycelyn’s parents’ claims their daughter was held against her will doesn’t add up, since her mother had previously and on numerous occasions visited Kelly’s place.
