Cardi B Addresses Naysayers In Her Acceptance Speech…
There’s one thing many may be missing -at least according to Cardi- and that is, that “Numbers don’t lie” (a phrase Jay Z made popular). That is exactly what Cardi stated when addressing her opposers in her acceptance speech. Talent takes a back burner in that case.

Mary J. Blige Speaks Out About Cardi B’s Win…
Though Cardi has a beautiful personality, and a few hits from her “Invasion of Privacy” album, as you can tell based on the prior comments, many people on social media believe that politics played a major role in Cardi’s win. There is one person who feels the total opposite though. That be’s Mary J. Blige.

The ‘queen of hip hop R&B’ took home the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ last night. As she was celebrating with her family and friends after the show, she was stopped by paparazzi and asked how she felt about Cardi B winning over the other seasoned artists. Her answer was nothing but love, laced with a few curse words in between:

Mary J.- “She deserved that sh*t! Cardi is my fu%*ing BI*CH! LOL. … She’s amazing, God bless Cardi.”

By the way, Mary J. Blige was cuttin’ UP at the BET Awards, wasn’t she? She did her own damn tribute for her ‘Lifetime Achievement Award,’ which was the biggest highlight of the show in my opinion. She brought out Lil Kim, Diddy, Method Man, and more…it was bomb! Watch her performance up top.
