In Fear For Daughter’s Safety, Stevie J. Hastily Files New Legal Claims Against Ex, Joseline
As many of us know by now, Stevie J’s and Joseline’s relationship was a tumultuous one, reportedly filled with all sorts of baby mama drama, heated altercations and more. We’ve seen much of it play out on national TV and oftentimes what we see on these reality shows ain’t real. Unfortunately, in this case, we now know that their parental battle is.
Now Stevie Is Asking One More Request From The Judge
Ever since Bonnie Bella was born in December 2016, Stevie and Joseline have been battling over her custody, with both of ’em accusing the other of everything from drug abuse to infidelity and more.
What has now been revealed via court docs, is that in 2018, Stevie and Joseline ‘agreed to [Joseline] Hernandez having primary physical custody of Bonnie, with Jordan getting weekend visitation and a say on things like her schooling, healthcare, religion and extracurricular activities.’
As a result, Steve says ‘Bonnie and his relationship has ultimately suffered because of Hernandez’s actions, and he wants a judge to punish her. He also wants Hernandez to pay child support to him if the judge awards him primary custody’, according to Bossip.
At this point, the judge has not yet made a final decision regarding Stevie J.’s latest custody requests and neither he, nor Joseline have spoken out about this matter.
