Flavor Flav Viciously Attacked At Vegas Casino & Here’s Why…

Posted On : January 24, 2018

Flavor Flav rapped about 911 being a ‘joke’ in 1990, but unfortunately, he sure did need that emergency service on Tuesday (1-23-18) night. It’s just been reported that the Public Enemy legend suffered a serious beatdown at a Las Vegas casino and he broke down the whole story, blow by painful blow, to the cops.

Here’s what happened to Flav:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the attack happened Tuesday at the South Point Casino. Flav told cops the suspect, Ugandi Howard, accused him of somehow disrespecting his mother, and then started swinging. Flav says Howard punched him in the face, and kicked him while he was on the ground. Flav told cops he only went down because he pulled a groin muscle.

Flavor Flav ended up checking into a hospital and was eventually released with minor injuries. However, ya’ gotta love Flav’s ‘groin muscle pull’ excuse for dropping to the ground.-via TMZ

Either (1) Flav was trying to save face with that excuse, so he doesn’t look like he lost the fight for no reason; OR (2) He really did pull a groin muscle, which is a high possibility when you’re a 58 year old out here fighting in these streets. Our fellow Old Schoolers have no business partaking in such violent and activities, but at least it wasn’t Flav’s fault, he had no choice.

As far Ugandi Howard- the cat who assaulted Flav- he was taken into custody by the casino’s security, after they caught the whole fiasco on surveillance cameras. When the Las Vegas police arrived, they cited Howard for a battery charge. Guess Flav’ can finally say 911 was not a joke this time.

About I Love Old School Music

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
