He played Raven’s Symoné’s cute little brother on That’s So Raven. Now former Disney star Kyle Massey is embroiled in a underage sex scandal. News emerged Friday of Massey sending sexually explicit pictures to a 13-year old girl. According to TMZ, the now 27-year old is vehemently denying the allegations. The former child star has called the $1.5 million lawsuit against him pure extortion.

“No Child Should Be Exposed To Explicit Material”

Massey said in a statement through his attorney, Lee Hutton:

“No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.”

According to legal documents, the female accuser claims she girl met Massey when she was four-years old. The aspiring actress says she stayed in touch with the popular actor over the years. The alleged victim states that she reached out to Massey in late 2018 with hopes of auditioning for a role on the recently-rebooted Raven’s Home.

The Accuser Wants $1.5 Million

The lawsuit also claims Massey told the alleged victim she could stay with him in Los Angeles while she looked to get a Hollywood agent.

But things allegedly took a sinister turn when Massey sent her a number of sexually explicit text messages. The complainant claims the erotic images included his erect penis.

Massey maintains the alleged victim’s legal team demanded $1.5 million earlier this year. He alleges they threatened to go public to destroy his career if he didn’t pay up.

He’s now asking his fans, and the public in general, “not to jump not to jump to conclusions based on the allegations alone but reserve judgment until the whole story comes to light, proving these allegations baseless.”

Massey has been with actress and Instagram model Hana Giraldo since 2017. He came to prominence playing Cory Baxter on the Disney Channel sitcom, That’s So Raven, from 2003 until 2007.

He was also the starred in the spinoff show, Cory In The House, as the title character from 2007 until 2008. His resume also includes Dancing With The Stars season 11 in 2010.
