Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert’s marriage has been on the rocks for the past year and when Tamar filed for divorce back in November of 2017, it looked as if the two were at the point of no return. But now, Toni Braxton has fans giving the couple the side eye because they may not be as close to divorce as it seems.

Yvette And Jody?:

For the first time since Tamar and Vince’s divorce fiasco was made public, the “Love & War” singer’s sister, Toni Braxton is offering her take on the situation. According to BET, Toni recently stopped by Power 105.1 radio show where she chatted with Angie Martinez. During their talk, Tamar and Vince were mentioned and Toni opted to give her take on the situation. Despite all the reports about divorce, Toni still isn’t convinced they’ll go all the way. Toni compared her sister’s tumultuous relationship to Jody and Yvette in Babyboy. “I think Tamar and Vince are just going through I hate you Jody phase. Remember the movie, ‘Baby Boy’? You know, I hate you Jody. That’s just their phase,” Toni said.

On Getting Back Together:

Surprisingly, Toni Braxton touched on a perspective most fans have already wondered about. While most fans believe Tamar and Vince will eventually work through their problems, some fans believe they already have. Apparently, Toni feels the same way. “I think those two are going to get back together if they haven’t already. They love each other. I don’t know if that’s true or not. I’ve been asking, I’ve heard rumors. I’ve asked Tamar, I don’t know if it’s true. It’s not my business to tell their business but if I knew I wouldn’t say anything. I think they’re going to be back together.”

The latest news follows reports about Tamar and Vince’s appearance at a party together back in December. While it may not seem like a surprise that they were seen together, footage of that appearance surfaced after Tamar had filed a protective order against her husband. That also happened to be around the time Vince was arrested for spousal assault and accused of having a love child. Although the rumors about the love child have yet to be confirmed, Tamar has vented onstage about her relationship insisting she’s done with Vince. But is that really the way it is? Apparently, there’s a lot of back and forth with Tamar and Vince and they may not be ready to throw in the towel just yet.
