Joe Jackson’s Kids Give Emotional Messages After His Death & Grandson Blasts His Haters

The children and grandchildren of Joe Jackson are speaking out, following his passing earlier today (June 27). The Jackson family patriarch passed away from pancreatic cancer at the age of 89, with much of his family by his side. As his offspring grieves his death, they are pouring out their hearts online, to thank him for all that he’s been to them. In addition to their homage, Joe’s grandson also had to check some of the unfortunate negative commenters who have been voicing their opinions as well.

Daughter, La Toya Jackson

Joe’s and Katherine’s daughter, La Toya, shared a beautiful tribute to her pops with this message:

“I will always love you! You gave us strength, you made us one of the most famous families in the world. I am extremely appreciative of that, I will never forget our moments together and how you told me how much you cared. #RIP Joe Jackson”

Daughter, Joh’Vonnie Jackson

Joh’Vonnie Jackson, the daughter of Joe Jackson and his prior long-term mistress, had a close relationship with him all of her life. She posted this message in honor of her dad:

Prince Jackson

Michael Jackson’s son, Prince, shared this about his grandfather:

“This man is and always will be an example of sheer willpower and dedication. He didn’t choose the path that was the easiest but he choose the path that was best for his family. You taught me to take pride in the Jackson name and what it really means, you taught me dedication in the face of adversity and most of all you showed me strength and fearlessness. There is and never will be someone like you. Fly free and until we meet again The Hawk.”

Randy Jackson, Jr.

The son of Randy Jackson, Randy, Jr., appropriately referred to his beloved grandfather as the king:

“RIP to the king that made everything possible!!! I love you grandpa.”

Taj Jackson Heartbroken and Checks Haters

Then came Taj Jackson, son of Tito Jackson, who paid homage to his father, but was also forced to defend his honor against haters:

“Disgusted by some of the comments I’m reading about my grandpa Joe by those who didn’t even know him. Please don’t just regurgitate what you were spoon fed by the press. Joe was loved by our ENTIRE family and our hearts are in pain. Let us grieve without the nastiness.#ripthehawk”

Granddaughter, Paris Jackson, Speaks On Family Reuniting

In recent years, there have been several reports about major friction among the Jackson family. As recently as a few days prior to Joe’s death, his son, Jermaine, confirmed that. Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris, has not spoken out since Joe’s passing but a few days ago, she did acknowledge how her fam’ is putting their differences aside at this time:

“Blessed to have a family that comes together the way the Jacksons do,” Paris tweeted. She also thanked fans for their comforting words, “Thank you all for the love you’ve sent during this time.”
