Comedian/actor, Katt Williams, has always possessed the ability to make us crack up from his jokes and with his latest recurring role on the hit TV series, “Atlanta,” he’s now proven to be an intense actor as well. The accolade that he probably would rather not have on his resume’, is the realization that throughout the years of his infamous career, the 5’5″ comedian has damn near racked up an arrest record that’s damn near as tall as he. That brings us to today. Williams is currently facing another legal issue, stemming from a case he caught years ago.

New Lawsuit Filed Against Katt

Remember Katt Williams’ salt shaker attack incident in 2016? At that time, he was arrested for allegedly hurling a glass salt shaker smack dab in the face of an Atlanta restaurant manager, as he was waiting to be seated. According to the manager, Kevin Oliveira, Katt became agitated and attacked him without provocation, after he’d told Katt to standby for an available seat within the crowded Spondivits restaurant, on April 27, 2016. Katt was arrested over that incident.

As a result of Williams allegedly violently attacking Oliveira with the salt shaker, Oliveira stated in court docs, that he had to be rushed, by ambulance, to a hospital to receive 10 stitches for the gash on his lips.

Now, two years later, the manager has just decided to slap Katt with a lawsuit. According to The Blast, Kevin Oliveira is suing for medical expenses and for not only lost wages of the past, but wages he plans on losing in the future, years after the reported fiasco…Laaawd.

This is bad news for Katt Williams, but the good news is that given his past legal troubles, lately he’s been pretty much staying on the straight and narrow, although 2016 was NOT a good year for him….

Katt Williams’ Other 2016 Case

Many of you may recall our prior report, regarding Williams’ OTHER 2016 assault incident, which reportedly involved an attack on a female employee of Sportsmen’s Lodge restaurant in Studio City, Los Angeles, Ca..

– On November 13, 2006, Williams was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after a stolen gun was found in his briefcase.

– November 2010, Williams was arrested by police while working on a film in Coweta County, Georgia.

– June 11, 2011, Williams was arrested in connection of an alleged assault on a tractor driver.

– November 9, 2012, a lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles which alleges that on October 6, 2012 Williams hit his former assistant.

– November 15, 2012, he was arrested in Oakland, California on charges of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly beating an 18-year-old Berkeley, California man with a bottle aboard Williams’ tour bus.

– December 2, 2012, he was arrested in Seattle after he allegedly got into a dispute at a bar in South Lake Union.

– December 28, 2012, Williams was arrested in Los Angeles on child endangerment charges.

– January 8, 2013, he was arrested at his LA home after failing to appear in Sacramento to answer the November 25 motorbike charges.

– October 29, 2014, Williams and Suge Knight were arrested for the theft of a camera from a female photographer in Beverly Hills.

– February 29, 2016, Williams was arrested in Gainesville, Georgia after a clerk at a pool store said that Katt hit him.

– March 2016, a video went viral showing Williams involved in a tussle with a 17-year old 7th grader in Gainesville, Georgia.

– April 27, 2016, Williams was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia and charged with battery after allegedly throwing a salt shaker at the manager of a local restaurant.

Mental Health Struggles?

Katt Wiliams has long been rumored to have bipolar, schizophrenia, etc. and some close to him have stated that he oftentimes doesn’t take his medication, which then causes his erratic behavior…but Katt has never actually confirmed, nor denied those allegations.

Hopefully, Katt Williams won’t be acquiring anymore legal woes anytime soon.
