Speaking Of Ed Hartwell, Here’s The Latest On Their Custody War…
If you thought the lengthy 2 year custody battle between the former Mr. and Mrs. was over, think again. Turns out, it was just a few weeks ago, that Ed filed new court docs, appealing their recent custody decision:

Via The Blast– Hartwell has notified the court he is appealing the court order denying him a new trial. He is also appealing the decision that awarded Knight Pulliam primary custody and the $3,250 a month child support order.

For months, Ed’s been trying to reverse a Georgia court’s decision, which awarded Keshia primary custody of Ella Grace in 2018.

Shortly after Keshia won custody, Ed went back to the court to insist that he be granted a new custody trial, stating that the judge missed several errors. According to Hartwell, his claims were not taken into consideration, regarding how difficult he says Keshia made it for him to see their daughter.

He claimed Pulliam-Knight oftentimes went M-I-A with their child on his court designated visitation days -including when she took Ella Grace out of state to support Bill Cosby for his sex assault trial; and when she left for 8 weeks to film Celebrity Big Brother.

When Ed appealed the court’s decision in March 2019, he was denied a new custody trial, because the judge didn’t think his claims were valid enough to garner a reversal.

Not sure if Ed Hartwell is ever gonna get that joint custody he says he deserves, but he’s clearly not ready to give up the fight just yet.
