Monica Celebrated With Her Very Famous Rapper Cousin For Kid’s B-day Party
ILOSM family there’s one fact that’s ever-present for celebs: no matter how much they’ve revealed about their lives, there’s always something new that pops up and continues to shock their fans.
As is the case with singer, Monica, and the famous cousin many never knew she had. In fact, it was the pictures she shared online in 2017, that actually had her fans confused.
Meet Monica’s Cousin
Rapper, Ludacris, is Monica’s cousin and although they’ve each discussed this several times in the past, there are millions of their fans who still don’t know. So when Monica posted the sweet 16 birthday photos of Ludacris’ beautiful daughter, Karma, fans left comments on her page, asking if Monica had once dated Ludacris and if Karma was their daughter…together.
In one Instagram post from the party, Monica wrote this about Ludacris:

Then Monica and Ludacris shared pics of themselves with Karma, at the party. Even though Monica shouted out Ludacris’ wife, Euxodie, in one of her posts, some of her fans were still confused as to exactly what Monica’s relationship with Ludacris is, or was. Check out the pics below…

For The Record…
For the record, although it has been widely reported, that Ludacris and Monica are blood related, they’re actually related by marriage and grew up together. Monica’s mother has been married to Ludacris’ uncle since the two entertainers were kids. Here’s what Monica explained in an interview with Hip Hop Weekly:
Monica (in 2010): “We grew up together. My mom married his uncle over two decades ago. Before there was Ludacris and Monica, there was Christopher Bridges and Mo and we were just always close.”

In addition to being a dad to his eldest child, Karma, Ludacris is also raising his two other daughters, Cai (from another relationship) and Cadence (with wife, Euxodie, pictured wearing hat in the above photo), as well as Christella (pictured in the pink shirt, standing next to Ludacris in the photo above)- a young lady who is neither Ludacris’ nor Euxodie’s biological child, but Ludacris has taken on the role of her father, ever since her biological father passed away. Much respect to him for that.
