Via TB: The letter also claims there was a $100,000 check given to Kristoff’s father for Lola, and the actor appeared to note, “He must give money for Lola immediately.” The late “Young and the Restless” star wanted his younger daughter to be able to access portions of her money on her 16th, 18th and 21st birthdays. He wanted his older daughter, Paris, to receive a lump sum.

Kristoff’s dad, Christopher St. John, also states that Kristoff was behind with paying his home’s mortgage. Therefore, he’s requesting immediate access to his estate so their family could avoid having to pay hefty penalties for Kristoff’s bills.

Apparently, Pops is also worried there has been some fraudulent activity done to Kristoff’s life insurance policy, which was allegedly changed shortly before Kristoff’s death, as noted in the court filing:

“Petitioner is also concerned about a life insurance policy with Lincoln National, where Decedent was insured. He believes the beneficiary designation might have been changed without Decedent’s knowledge,” states the court filing.

What’s interesting, is that Kristoff St. John’s reported will grants his 15 year old daughter, Lola (her mother is ex-wife, Allana Nadal), most of his estate, instead of evenly dispersing it between both daughters.

For now, the will appears to be authentic, but it still has to go through the proper vetting process to be cleared.

It’s also been reported that Paris’ moms, Mia St. John, is “weighing her legal options after believing the mental health facility that cared for her ex-husband in the days before his death did not treat properly his mental illness for addiction.”
