Actress, Nia Long (50), and comedian/actor, Chris Tucker (49), go way back since their “Friday” movie days, but most us never knew just how deep their history was. Nia dropped some fun facts about their past and what she had to say was pretty interesting…

Nia Long Tells How Tucker Got Payback On Her

Nia revealed, in an interview with AV/TVClub, in 1995 when “Friday” first released, she and Chris Tucker were still on the come-up, but she was a little more well-off than him. She explained that Chris was rollin’ in a hooptie back then and she kinda stunted on him…in a playful way.

Nia Long: [Laughs.] “Well—back then this seemed like a big purchase. I bought myself a BMW. It was so cute. I was shooting Friday at the time, and Chris Tucker and I saw each other on the freeway, on the way to the set. I was going [Waves, imitates honking.] “Toot, toot!” in my car. He had a busted window with a pizza box over it because he couldn’t afford to fix the window! We get to work and he goes, “When I grow up, I want to be just like you.”

Years later, Long and Tucker reportedly ended up dating and after Tucker became the $100 MILLION man, Nia recalled how he flipped the script on her during their date.

NL: “Cut to—all the money he made. Two years ago, we go out to dinner and he picked me up in—ready?—a Phantom Rolls-Royce, which—I couldn’t even figure out how to get the damn car door opened. I said to him: ‘Oh, you want to be like me? I think the tables have turned.'”

Good thing, Nia didn’t really mean harm when she stunted on Tucker in her BMW back then. But pretty sure when Chris Tucker pulled up in that Phantom, the sweet smell of revenge was at least slightly gratifying for him.

Nia Long And Chris Rock Have Funny Date Story

Nia Long and Chris Rock have a hilarious date memory together. As we previously reported, in an interview on “The Wendy Williams Show,” Rock and Nia revealed that they had a date from hell.

At first Nia thought it was a good date, until Rock dissed her:

Nia Long: “We went on a date and after we kinda hung out, and then he took me back to Brooklyn [where Nia was living at the time] and I’m like ‘Okay, so I guess this is the part where you exchange numbers.’ Make a long story short and a week goes by and I didn’t hear from him, he gave me his number and I gave him mine, and I’m like ‘God, he didn’t call me.’ And um, finally I call him and I dial the number and this…man, gave me a wrong number!”

Rock had a different perspective though. According to him, everything was all good with their date, until Nia said this one thing that completed turned him off. When he’d asked her if she was “seeing anyone,” Nia’s reply was “No, but I know where to get some di*k if I need it.” Years later, they both laughed it off and kept it movin.’ LOL..gotta love Nia Long for her realness and by the way, she’s happily married now.
