I Love Old School Music family we have some extremely heartbreaking news to share.Tommy “Tiny” Lister, better known to many as “Deebo” from the Friday movie, has just been pronounced dead. He was just 62 years young.

Here’s what has been reported regarding his passing thus far:

TMZ– Law enforcement sources tell us they got a call to the actor’s Marina Del Rey apartment Thursday, just before 3 PM, for an unconscious male. Our sources say Tommy was not transported to the hospital, as he was pronounced dead on the scene.

According to sources, the coroner is currently still at his home, and no cause of death has been reported as of yet.

Although most of us know Tiny for his mean muggin’ bullying role, “Deebo” in Friday, he’s held his own in the acting world in many various roles since the 1980’s and beyond. His most recent roles though, according to TMZ, were to urge children to protect themselves with personal protective gear amid the current COVID19 pandemic.

Behind the scenes, Tiny was known to be one of the coolest dudes around. He was big in stature, but also had a big heart.

The way he’s touched so many lives with his acting abilities will never be forgotten, just as his most known character, “Deebo” NEVER will.
